We have been working with Office National Geraldton on their outsourcing journey. Being based in regional WA, they face the challenge of having access to quality staff. The salaries in Australia and where they are based were getting higher and higher at the lower level of their org chart, they could have access to skill sets at a reasonable price to fulfil demand.
This was having an impact on their productivity as well as profitability as the owners of the business had to personally get involved on the day to day running. We consulted with them and after understanding their full process as well as risk profile, we proceeded to source and recruit 1 FTE for them.
We worked with them on a 90 day induction plan and onboarded the staff completely. We managed the risks with regards to data integrity and cybersecurity and managed the staff member jointly with the Maxstaff.co monitoring system.
Since this arrangement is now working really well, the owners have now requested that we work with them to outsource a portion of their finance function.
